What are your TRAINING prices?

Head over to Training to see a list of prices based on groups of up to 20 participants. However bespoke training requests can be made, in which case pricing depends on group size, location and format. Training can take place online or in person across the UK.

Training sessions have been delivered to a range of businesses, supported employment providers, educators, healthcare professionals, and other employers. Feedback has been positive, and attendees have appreciated that the training is authentic. The content is based on professional and lived experience, based on several years within the supported employment field and the sharing of personal anecdotes from a neurodivergent perspective in the workplace. We believe that training that includes significant contributions from, and/or is created and delivered by people with lived experience is essential for delivering high-quality and meaningful content.

DO YOU OFFER training on other aspects of diversity and inclusion?

Our key focus is on promoting inclusion and improving accessibility for students, jobseekers and employees with a range of neurodevelopmental conditions. We provide training to institutions responsible for creating an inclusive environment.

This is Rethink Inclusion’s area of expertise, especially as the founder has first hand experience of navigating the workplace as an individual with ADHD, in addition to professional expertise as a Job Coach, Employability Tutor, Quality Improvement Manager, and working with employers, educators, recruitment agencies and local government to improve accessibility for people with a range of Neurodevelopmental Conditions in the workplace.

Rethink Inclusion understands the importance of promoting all types of diversity in education and employment settings, and strives to include lived experience from a range of backgrounds. We encourage feedback and participation from everyone so that we can continue to provide high-quality training and create resources with diverse voices at the heart of delivery. We will regularly develop and add to our bank of resources because we want to offer free materials that we know will be of genuine value to workplaces, educators and individuals. This part of our website will always be free of charge.
