About the founder

Emma was diagnosed with ADHD in her late twenties. Receiving this diagnosis was life-changing because for the first time, she finally understood how her brain worked. Emma has an extensive background in supported employment, working with adults with a range of learning disabilities and neurodevelopmental conditions to access paid employment.

Rethink Inclusion was born out of a desire to influence employers, leaders, educators and professionals. The emphasis is on everyone to take responsibility for promoting and embracing genuine inclusion. Appreciating diverse talent means being open to learning from people who think a little differently. When inclusion is done right, everybody wins.
